High Temperature Resistant Felt Conveyor Belts

Felt conveyor belts, also called blanket conveyor belts, are a common type of conveyor belt. High temperature resistant felt conveyor belts have a soft felt surface that protects materials from damage. Thickness can be customized. The polyester fabric has high strength, good stability, and smooth joints. These belts are used in ceramics, electronics, and circuit board industries.

High-temperature-resistant felt conveyor belts use a PVC base with a soft felt surface. They are antistatic and fit for moving electronic products. The felt prevents scratches during transport. They resist heat, abrasion, cuts, water, wear, impact, and punctures. They can carry toys, copper plates, steel plates, aluminum alloys, or materials with sharp edges. They are made in single-sided and double-sided options.

Features:
Breathable, oil-resistant, and strong
Heat-resistant and moisture-resistant
Anti-slip and wear-resistant
Strong tensile strength and anti-static
Imported felt, no fading, no shaving, clean edges

SCplus can make different joint methods as needed. These include single-layer toothed joints, double-layer toothed joints, miter joints, and overlaps. A hot melt machine melts the joints and fuses them into one endless belt.

Precautions:
Do not allow anyone on the main conveyor during inspection or maintenance.
If the belt stops or receives a stop signal, stop at once. Do not let it run idle for long.
At startup, check the sound of the motor and reducer. Watch for vibration. Make sure motor, reducer, main shaft, and coupling are not overheated. Check that the conveyor chain runs steady.
Remove large or hard objects right away. These can damage the belt or scratch the felt.

High-temperature felt conveyor belts play a vital role in industrial applications. To learn more about felt conveyor belts, please contact us at any time. SCplus’s professional team of engineers will be happy to assist you.
