The process of the case
1:the customer reported waves on the belt during usage
2. The information has been transported to many departments, which conducted the misunderstanding of the original problem.
3. Ash went to the factory to do the on-site diagnosis of the problem.
4. Providing suitable solution to the customer
Ash has inspected two waves. One type of the wave runs along with the machine. The other is on the static table.
Ash analyzed that the first wave is caused by overcutting,
the second type of the wave caused by imbalance of the guide roller of the cutting machine.
